This family owned town house has two entrances the rear entrance giving access to a large storage area and stairs up to the central hallway of the house leading off to the living area and front bedroom which has access through double French style patio doors with a balcony overlooking the front entrance and the street below. The living area is combined with a kitchen leading to the larger sun lit front balcony with a view to the left of the river Ebro, further stairs lead off the living area down to the front entrance and basement where the central heating boiler and more storage space can be found. The hallway has another set of stairs leading up to the second large double bedroom with its original window and fittings.

The toilet and bathroom facilities are also located off the central hallway. Chiprana is a very tranquil town and has a large number of pertinent older residence but with all the colour of traditional Spain. The nearest large town is Capse some ten minutes away by car where you can find all the modern services like health centre, banks, hotels, shops and restaurants. Central Rail transport services are good with several trains running between Barcelona and Zaragoza with Caspe as a central stop. This house has been empty for some time and is in need of some maintenance work to bring it back to a functional family home.
